On 21 November 1911, Guang'an organized the Great Han Shu Northern Military Government. On 22 November, Chengdu and Sichuan began to declare independence. By the 27th, the Great Han Sichuan Military Government was established, headed by revolutionary Pu Dianzun. Qing official Duan Fang (??) would also be killed.
